I don’t know about you but I have to make a conscious effort to let things go. I can remember a time when I held onto everything until I realized I was holding onto negative stuff, negative energy that was affecting my life. I came to the realization and had to start letting go of things. I stop holding onto them. What I came to understand was that when someone did or said something cutting or cruel by me holding onto their words or actions they were accomplishing their goal. They had gotten to me mentally and physically. Holding onto negative energy can have a huge impact on your health. Your internalizing the negative energy. When negative built up energy is not released is when disease often occurs in the body.
When you let things go you are freeing yourself from negative energy. Its the simple things that you have to let go of first. When someone cuts you off in traffic for example don’t get upset just realize that they are having a bad day themselves. Let it go!
The best thing you can do is file away the negativity that comes into your life. Then take a sea salt bath to rid yourself of any unwanted energies that have attached themselves to your body. (Adding Lavender oil to the bath is also a nice calming added touch) A sea salt bath 3 times a week is a good remedy for washing the negative vibes away.
